  • 1/4 cup Gram flour (besan)
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Kalonji (Onion Nigella Seeds)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil

To begin making the Andhra Style Makka Garelu formula, blitz the corn in a mixer without liquid to a very chunky mixture.Transfer to a dish, mix in the remaining items required including the besan and combine to make a thick garelu mixture.
