  • 2 Carrots (Gajjar) - grated
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower (gobi) - grated
  • 3/4 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking
