2 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
230 grams Butter - cut into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cups Raisins
1/4 cup Butter - softened
1/4 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
2 teaspoon Corn flour
1/2 cup Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg powder

Then roll out on a lightly floured surface and cut 4-inch (approximately) circles, fit flour base circles into muffin cups and set aside in fridge for another 15 mins. Take out the margarine pastry shells are chilled and divide the margarine, yogurt and raisin mixture equally into all cavities. cook thoroughly the Canadian Egg Free margarine Tart in the preheated oven for 15-20 mins or until the filling is lightly browned and bubbling and the tart crust is golden.
