Ingredients

  • 200 ग्राम हरा बीन्स - काट ले
  • 200 ग्राम गाजर - काट ले
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च राइ
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च सफ़ेद उरद दाल
  • 1/4 छोटा चमच्च हींग
  • 1/4 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • 5 कढ़ी पत्ता
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च तेल
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च नारियल - थोड़ा

Instructions

To make carrot beans porridge, first cut the carrots and beans and steam them in a steamer.

Once the produce is soft, take it out in a dish and keep it aside.

Now toasty dairy spread in a wok.

toss in the mustard seeds and after 15 seconds toss in the urad dal and let it make till the dal turns light brown.

Now toss in curry leaves, asafoetida and make it for 15 seconds.

toss in the steamed carrots and beans to the dale.

toss in seasoning and make on high flame for 30 to 40 seconds.

Turn off the gas and finish off with coconut, coriander.
