  • 1 Tomato - chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies - slit
  • 5 cloves Garlic - crushed
  • 1 inch Ginger - crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • Curry leaves - handful
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • Salt - to taste

To prepare Chicken Mapas method, get ready with all the items required first, including cleaning and cutting chicken, and chopping veggies.bring to temperature oil in a cast iron wok/kadai and introduce shallot, green chilies, curry leaves, ginger, and garlic.Sauté until onions turn golden brown, over a medium low flame stirring occasionally.Once the onions are soft and cooked, introduce the parched masalas - chilli dusting perfumed element, turmeric dusting perfumed element, coriander dusting perfumed element, made from scratch garam masala dusting perfumed element and tomato and continue to make till everything gets blended and cooked well.introduce the chicken pieces and sauté till the masala coats the chicken evenly.introduce coconut dairy liquid and put a lid on the wok and continue crafting with occasional stirring, on a medium bring to temperature till the chicken is succulent and the reduction thickens.top Chicken Mapas method with coriander leaves and present. present Chicken Mapas method along with Malabar whole wheat laccha paratha or Kerala Style Appams and Prawn Ghee Pepper Masala method With Garlic by the side.
