2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons Ginger - grated
1 tablespoons Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
3 cloves Garlic - crushed
1 Onion - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
