Ingredients
2 cups water
1/4 cup milk - hot
2 tablespoons tea leaves
1 inch ginger - grated
sugar - as per taste
Instructions

To make ginger tea, first mildly hot the whole milk and keep it aside.

Now put 2 cups of liquid, ginger in a saucepan and let it bubble, after 2 to 3 mins, put a tea strip in it and let it bubble.

After 2 mins, turn off the gas, wrap the saucepan and keep it aside for 1 minute.

toss in whole milk after 1 minute and mash.

empty out and toss in to the cup, toss in sweetener as per palate and present.
