  • 2-1/4 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - chopped
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 10 Button mushrooms - washed well and chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Del Monte Black Olives - sliced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - grated
  • 6 Tomatoes - cut into quarters
  • 2 Onions - peeled and cut into big chunks
  • 2 Green Chillies - slit
  • 2 cloves Garlic - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Homemade tomato puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin with the made from scratch Italian Calzones first, let's start with making the pastry mix. In a large mixing bowl, strew the fermenter along with the granulated sugar.
