1 medium Squash
5 chopped Onion
To taste Green Chilli
Splash Oil
1 tsp Turmeric
1 Bulb Garlic
7 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Water
4 tablespoons Yogurt
Instructions

strip the squash and cut it into pieces 1cm wide.

Deep cooking vessel-fry it in cooking oil until golden and set aside.

Using the same cooking vessel and cooking oil, deep cooking vessel-fry the onions until golden.

Remove the onions and grind with the garlic (if using garlic paste, combine it into the onions once ground).

toss in a small amount of cooking oil to a cooking vessel on medium bring to temperature.

Once burning, toss in the turmeric.

Turn the bring to temperature down and low-boil until the liquid has reduced.

toss in 1-2 tablespoons of melted curd to a plate, toss in the squash on top with another layer of melted curd.
