  • 2 Raw Banana
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coconut - grated
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - as needed

To begin making the Kelyachi Bhaji method (Raw Banana agitate sauté), first wash the raw banana, apply little cooking oil to your hands and strip the banana using a peeler and cut the banana into dices.

By applying cooking oil in your hands, the stickiness from the raw banana will not come onto your hands.mildly hot a tablespoon of cooking oil in a heavy bottomed wok/ kadai on medium mildly hot.

mix in the onions and stew them until soft.

Once the onions have softened, mix in the raw banana, scatter some seasoning and aqua.

lid the skillet and stew on low to medium mildly hot until the bananas have cooked through. Once the bananas have cooked through, mix in the turmeric ground mix, chilli ground mix, asafoetida ground mix and the grated coconut.

agitate well for another 3 to 4 moments until all the elements get well incorporated into the sabzi.Once done, turn off the mildly hot and transfer to a serving dish.enjoy the Kelyachi Bhaji (Raw Banana agitate sauté) as a side dish for your lunches and dinners.
