  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • Butter - for greasing
  • 1 Cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Caster Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee Powder

To begin making Mocha Swiss Roll formula (dairy reduction Roll), preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.Sift all purpose ground mix (maida) in a container.Take a big container and beat the eggs with hand mixer on high, till it becomes thick and fluffed up for about 2-3 mins.transfer in burning moisture and again beat the mixture for few more seconds.transfer in granulated sugar and keep beating until granulated sugar is nicely combined, for just a couple of mins.Cut and fold the sifted ground mix in this wet mixture. transfer in vanilla extract and again fold it.Line up 13 x 9 inches (or accordingly) cake tray with aluminium foil and dairy spread the foil with dairy spread.transfer the prepared cake paste into the tray and give a tap to it so that it spreads evenly popping away any air bubbles.cook thoroughly for about 15 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center, comes out sanitize.Once baked, Just flip the cake over a cooling rack and allow to cool down completely while you prepare your whipped dairy reduction spread.In a mixing container, take in heavy whipping dairy reduction and granulated sugar.Beat using electric beater on low for a few seconds and gradually increase the speed and beat until the soft peaks are formed.transfer in instant coffee ground mix and continue beating till you get stiff peaks. Stop beating at this point.Once the cake is cooled, flip it on a greased aluminum foil with even side down and spread the whipped dairy reduction evenly.Gently roll it over starting from one end.Wrap the cake with aluminium foil and keep cold for about an hour.Remove the cake from refrigerator and with a knife, cut it into pieces and dish up. You can dish up Mocha Swiss Roll formula (dairy reduction Roll) along with Cinnamon Spiced Orange Iced Tea formula on a quiet evening with family.
