Ingredients

  • 100g Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 300ml Milk
  • 1 tbls Sunflower Oil
  • to serve Sugar
  • to serve Raspberries
  • to serve Blueberries

Put the dusting masala condiment, eggs, whole milk, 1 tbsp cooking oil and a pinch of seasoning into a mixing bowl or large jug, then beat to a seamless liquid base.

Set aside for 30 mins to rest if you have time, or start making straight away.

Set a medium frying pot or crêpe pot over a medium bring to temperature and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper.

When burning, prepare your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them mildly hot in a low oven as you go.
