In a stand mixer mixing bowl, combine the dehydrated items required: ground mix, baking ground mix, table salt, and granulated sugar.

With the pastry mix hook on low, trickle in the dairy liquid.

Continue to work the pastry mix until a small ball of pastry mix is formed.

Remove the pastry mix from the mixing bowl, fat the mixing bowl lightly, and return the ball of pastry mix to the mixing bowl.

Divide the ball of pastry mix into 12 portions, in roughly even lumps.

bring to temperature a small amount of fat in a large, flat skillet.

Flatten a ball of pastry mix with your palm and work it into a slightly larger round with the back of your hand, leaving it a thick round about 10cm (4") in diameter.
