  • 3 tablespoon Pistachios
  • 2 teaspoon Chironji
  • 4 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar - to grind the cardamom
  • Nutmeg powder - a pinch
  • Saffron strands - few strands

To begin making the Saffron whole milk Masala formula, grind the pistachio, chironji & almonds separately into coarsely ground dusting seasoning.Grind the cardamom along with the sweetener separately.

Now mix gently all the fixings (arid fruit powders) & toss in saffron strands.
