1-1/2 cup Brown Rice - washed and soaked
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1/4 cup Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - bulbs
Salt - to taste
1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens

To begin making Spring bulb greens & Roasted Garlic Brown Rice steps, keep the rice soaked for a minimum of 30 mins. scalding up a pressure cooker with olive cooking oil on medium flame, to this mix in the garlic cloves and char until it turns into a light brown colour.
