  • 1/2 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Rose water
  • 1 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)

To begin making the Sutlac formula - Rose Infused Turkish Rice Pudding, thoroughly wash the rice and set aside. In a deep bottom pot, bring 1 cup of liquid to a rolling bring to a stew, empty in the washed rice and reduce the flame. Continue to dehydrated-fry until the rice is cooked and the all the liquid is evaporated. Now turn off the flame and set aside. combine the rice baking flour with two tablespoons of liquid.

Keep aside.mildly hot a saucepan with the dairy liquid on medium-high mildly hot along with sweetener.  Keep stirring the dairy liquid until the sweetener dissolves. Reduce the mildly hot, empty in the cooked rice and the rice baking flour mixture into the dairy liquid and give it a good combine. Keep stirring the Sutlac/ rice pudding until it thickens.

Once the Sutlac/ Turkish rice pudding thickens, turn off the mildly hot.agitate in the rose liquid and cinnamon ground mix.
