Ingredients
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
3 Potato (Aloo) - boiled
1 tablespoon Ginger - paste
1 Green Chilli - chopped
1-1/12 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
Salt - to taste
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
2 tablespoons Sweet Chutney (Date & Tamarind)
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped (few)
Instructions

To begin making the Till Wale Aloo method, bring to temperature fat in a heavy bottomed pot.

Once the fat is fiery, mix in ginger and green chillies.

Make sure you don't char them. After a minute, mix in sesame seeds and saute for a while.

mix in potatoes and toss it for about 2 moments.After 2 moments, mix in red chilli ground mix, cumin ground mix, coriander ground mix, garam masala and seasoning to essence.

Saute for 3-4 moments on low flame.After 3 to 4 moments, mix in tamarind chutney, incorporate it well and make for one more minute.

finish off with cut up coriander leaves and dish up fiery.dish up Till Wale Aloo along with Gujarati Dal, Roti and Kachumber Salad for a weekday meal.
