  • 2 कप पोहा
  • 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल
  • 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हींग
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच राइ
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच काली उरद दाल (स्प्लिट)
  • 1 प्याज - बारीक काट ले
  • 2 हरी मिर्च - बारीक काट ले
  • 1 इंच अदरक - बारीक काट ले
  • 1 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता - तोड़ ले
  • 1/4 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच निम्बू का रस
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • 2 बड़े चम्मच मूंगफली - रोस्टेड
  • 4 टहनी हरा धनिया - बारीक काट ले

Instructions

To make aval upma method, first wash the poha thoroughly.

Take out all the liquid from the poha.

Poha should neither be too soft nor too hard.

Now toasty oil in a wok.

transfer in asafoetida, rye, cumin, urad dal and prepare till the dal turns golden brown.

Now transfer in curry leaves, bulb greens, green chillies, ginger and prepare till the bulb greens becomes soft.

After the bulb greens becomes soft, transfer in turmeric ground mix, poha and toss together it well.
