To begin making the Baked Lebanese Pumpkin Kibbi method, dice the pumpkin and toasty it in a pot with some moisture till mushy.

Strain the moisture and mash the pumpkin well.mix in pumpkin, bulgur wheat, whole wheat ground mix, seasoning to taste, pepper ground mix and olive fat in a large container.

toss together well using a spoon or with your hands. mix in the sea seasoning, black pepper ground mix and the ground mix.

toss together it all well until perfectly combined.

The mixture should become like pastry mix.

Kibbi pastry mix is ready . In a heavy bottomed wok, mix in the onions and olive fat.

Saute till the bulb veggie turns translucent. mix in finely sliced spinach and saute for another 2 mins. mix in seasoning, red chilli flakes, honeyed-smelling element ground mix and pine nuts.

toss together everything together and switch off.

Finally mix in the lemon nectar in it. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Divide the pumpkin kibbi pastry mix in 2 equal portions.

coat a shallow baking tray.

Firmly spread the first half of the kibbi over the baking tray.Evenly spread the stuffing over it. Top it with the other half of the pumpkin kibbeh pastry mix.

Wet your palm, spread and flatten the surface of the kibbi, ensuring that it covers the whole surface.With a knife, score in diamond patterns.

transfer the fat evenly on top.

oven-cook in a preheated oven to 200°C, for about 30 mins or until well cooked.
