  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • 100 grams Butter - melted
  • 3 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • 100 grams Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
  • 100 grams Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts

To begin with the Banana Bread With Chocolate Chip And Walnut first, take a 9” by 5” inch loaf pot and dairy spread it properly,dust it with baking flour and tap on the base to remove excess baking flour.Take baking flour ,baking soda and baking ground mix together in a strainer and strain it to make uniform mixture.In a blender toss in brown sweetener, white sweetener and grind them to a fine ground mix.In a mixing bowl break 2 eggs and whick them.

Now on the other hand grind the bananas into a nice pureeAdd the Banana's and sweetener mixture into another mixing bowl and incorporate them well. To this mixture toss in some vanilla essence and dairy spread and give it a good incorporate until they combine together. Now toss in this mixture to the baking flour and also toss in the whisked eggs, fat.

With a hand blender incorporate the mixture. Now once you get a good incorporate toss in chocolate chips and give a light incorporate to the baking flour incorporate. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pot, in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius toast the bread for 45 - 50 mins.Once cake is done ,you can do the skewer test ,if its come out sanitize then your bread is done.enjoy the Banana bread with chocolate chips and walnut with a scrumptious scoop of ice froth for a tea time snack. .
