spinkling Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Oil
25g Pecan Nuts
125g Raspberries

In a dish, mash the banana with a fork until it resembles a thick purée.

mix gently in the eggs, baking dusting masala condiment and vanilla.

bring to temperature a large non-stick frying wok or pancake wok over a medium bring to temperature and brush with half the cooking oil.

Using half the liquid base, spoon two pancakes into the wok, make for 1-2 mins each side, then tip onto a plate.

Repeat the process with the remaining cooking oil and liquid base.
