Ingredients

  • 2 Sausages
  • 450g Potatoes
  • 200g Savoy Cabbage
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Handfull Parsley
  • 1 small finely diced Onion
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Beer
  • 60ml Whole Milk
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • Pinch Pepper
  • Pinch Salt

mix in the diced potatoes and garlic to a high wok and fill it with tap moisture until the potatoes are fully submerged.

mix in some seasoning.

Then place the wok over high bring to temperature and bring the potatoes to a bubble.

prepare them until soft.

In the meantime rinse and filter the savoy cabbage.

cut it up finely.

mix in a tablespoon of margarine to a large non-stick wok.

Place it over medium-high bring to temperature.

Once melted, mix in the savoy cabbage.

seasoning with a pinch of pepper and seasoning.

mix gently shallow fry the cabbage for 15 to 20 moments or until the cabbage is soft and soft.

Let the beer reduce until you get a nice beer and shallot condiment dip (you can mix in a little ground mix or condiment dip thickener if you like).

mix in the wok fried flesh back to the wok and lid to keep mildly hot.

filter the cooked potatoes and garlic, mix in them back to the wok you cooked them in together with the wok fried cabbage and diced parsley.

scatter with some pepper, seasoning and nutmeg.

Also mix in the whole milk and the rest of the unsalted margarine.

Mash the potatoes, parsley and cabbage up.

mix in extra margarine or whole milk if necessary.

Also check the seasoning and mix in extra pepper, nutmeg or seasoning to taste if necessary.

Scoop the cabbage mash onto plates and top with the wok fried sausages (and bacon).
