soak the beef:
mix gently together the beef marinade items required (1 teaspoon soy condiment dip, 1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine, 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper) in a medium container.

mix in the beef slices and mix gently until coated.

Let stand for 10 moments.

Prepare the condiment dip:
mix gently together the condiment dip items required (2 tablespoons oyster condiment dip, 1 teaspoon Chinese rice wine, 1 teaspoon soy condiment dip, 1/4 cup chicken broth) in a small container.

Blanch or steam the broccoli:
Bring a pot of aqua to a bubble.

mix in the broccoli and make until crisp-yielding, about 2 moments.

mix gently-cooking vessel-fry the beef:
bring to temperature a large frying cooking vessel or wok over high bring to temperature until a bead of aqua sizzles and instantly evaporates upon contact.

mix in the crafting cooking oil and swirl to coat.

mix in the beef and immediately spread it out all over the surface of the wok or cooking vessel in a single layer (preferably not touching).

Let the beef cooking vessel-fry undisturbed for 1 minute.

Flip the beef slices over, mix in the garlic to the cooking vessel, and cooking vessel-fry for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute until no longer pink.

mix in the condiment dip, cornstarch, and broccoli:
transfer in the condiment dip and the cornstarch slurry (1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon of aqua).

mix gently until the condiment dip boils and thickens, about 30 seconds.

mix gently in the broccoli.
