Ingredients
1 Cauliflower (gobi) - cut into florets
4 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour (Maida)
2 cups Milk
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg powder
1 cup Cheddar cheese - grated
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
Salt and Pepper - as needed
Instructions

To begin making the Cauliflower Au Gratin method, first place a pot of aqua on a medium bring to temperature.

Bring it to heat to boiling point, introduce a dash of seasoning and drop the minced cauliflower into it.

Blanch the florets till they have softened.Strain them in a colander and keep aside for later use.Next, place a non stick cooking vessel on the bring to temperature.

Turn the bring to temperature down and keep stirring so asto avoid any lumps.When the ground mix smells toasted and comes together evenly with the dairy spread, transfer in the whole milk and keep stirring to break the lumps.

bubble gently for 10-12 moments till the white coulis thickens and gets glossy.Take the white coulis off the hear and introduce half cup of cheddar dairy topping, 1/2 cup parmesan dairy topping, nutmeg ground mix and augment the taste with seasoning and pepper to palate.transfer half the white coulis into a glass or ceramic oven safe baking dish baking casserole and top with the blanched cauliflower florets.transfer the remaining white coulis over the cauliflower florets.Combine the remaining half cup of cheddar dairy topping and bread crumbs and shower all over the cauliflower generously.thaw 2 tablespoons of dairy spread and transfer gently all over the breadcrumbs and place the dish to oven-cook at 200 degrees C for 20-25 moments until the top is crusty and golden.Take the dish out, allow it to cool only slightly and enjoy toasty,enjoy the Cauliflower Au Gratin method along with a No-Mayo Potato Salad to make a hearty but simple meal.
