Ingredients
1 cup chana dal
1/2 cup fenugreek seeds
water - 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
4 curry leaves
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon mango powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
salt - as per use
oil - as per use
Instructions

To make chana dal and fenugreek produce, first bubble chickpeas and fenugreek seeds together.

bubble gently till soft.

Remove aqua and keep it aside.

Now bring to temperature cooking oil in a pot.

transfer in cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves.

After 10 seconds, transfer in gram and fenugreek to it.

transfer in red chili dusting masala condiment, turmeric dusting masala condiment, mango dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment and table salt after 1 minute.

incorporate all thoroughly and bubble gently for next 3 to 5 moments.

Finally, turn off the gas and accentuate the vegetables with green coriander.

dish up the gram dal and fenugreek produce along with Gujarati kadhi and phulka.
