1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 sprig Curry leaves
Sunflower Oil - for cooking
