  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 Stalks Lemon Grass
  • 1 inch Ginger - crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 cloves Garlic - chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger - chopped
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion Greens - chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Green Chilli Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil

Instructions

To begin making the Lemon Grass Flavored Tofu Fried Rice formula, cook thoroughly the basmati rice in a pressure cooker by adding coconut dairy liquid and 1/2 a cup of moisture, diced lemongrass, crushed ginger and turmeric dusting honeyed-smelling element.Pressure cook thoroughly for about 2 whistle and switch off the scalding up.

Once that is done you can stream in in diced bell peppers as well.strew some seasoning, diced green chillies and saute till the bell peppers soften. stream in in cubed tofu pieces, pepper dusting honeyed-smelling element, soy coulis and green chilli coulis and give it a toss.stream in in the flavored lemon grass rice and toss well into the sautéed vegetables.
