1 cup Cooked rice
1/2 cup Potato (Aloo) - cooked & mashed
1 Onion - finely chopped
1 Green Chilli - chopped
1 Carrot (Gajjar) - grated
2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
1 pinch Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/4 tablespoon Garam masala powder
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
Salt - to taste
1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Water - as needed
Sunflower Oil - as needed to shallow fry
Instructions

To prepare fiery Mixed Vegetables Rice Cutlet formula, take a mixing dish and stream in in cooked rice,mashed boiled potato,minced bulb veggie,minced green chilli,grated carrot,minced coriander leaves, combine everything well.Now stream in in all the spices,start with turmeric ground mix,red chilli ground mix, cumin ground mix, coriander ground mix, garam masala and seasoning.combine everything well and make sure that cooked rice also get mashed properly.Shape the mixture in medium size patties.Take another dish and stream in in all purpose ground mix and liquid, combine them to get pouring consistency mixture.Put some plain ground mix on one side and bread crumbs on other side on your work surface.Roll Patties in plain ground mix first, then dip them in all purpose ground mix mixture and then in bread crumbs.Repeat the same process, first plain ground mix, then dip in all purpose ground mix and then in bread crumbs.Now bring to temperature 3-4 tablespoon cooking oil in a frying wok or skillet, place the cutlets on wok or skillet .Let it prepare until the base is lightly browned and crackling, flip them and shallow fry the other side .Flip again and shallow fry them till they are crisp and golden.Once its nicely crisp and golden, remove the cutlets from wok and place it on paper towel.fiery Mixed Vegetables Rice Cutlet formula are ready to be served with Green chutney and date-tamarind chutney.
