250 ग्राम भिंडी
4 बड़े चमच्च सांबर पाउडर
1 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
2 छोटे चमच्च कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
1/2 छोटा चमच्च राइ
1/4 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
1 छोटा चमच्च लहसुन - काट ले
1 प्याज - पतला काट ले
1 टमाटर - बड़ा बड़ा काट ले
1 छोटा चमच्च शक्कर
तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
तिल (सफ़ेद) - गार्निश के लिए
Instructions

To make Bhindi Masala Curry, firstly wash and dehydrated the okra.

Cut the bhindi's corner and make an incision in the middle.

Now mix in sambar dusting fragrant element, red chilli dusting fragrant element, Kashmiri red chilli, turmeric dusting fragrant element and cooking oil in a dish and toss together well.

Now put them in a steamer and steam them till they become soft.

mix in mustard seeds, cumin seeds and after 10 seconds mix in garlic to it.

After 20 seconds, mix in shallot, granulated sugar and table salt.

prepare till the shallot becomes soft.

Now mix in okra in it and prepare on medium scalding up for 5 mins.

After 5 mins mix in tomatoes and prepare till the tomatoes become soft.

mix in table salt, toss together and present.
