To make Lobia Sambar preparation guide, first wash the tur dal thoroughly with moisture twice.

Now bring to temperature the fat in a cooking vessel.

mix in asafoetida, parched red chillies, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and urad dal.

stew until the mustard seeds crackle and the urad dal turns golden.

Now mix in shallot, tomato and stew till the shallot becomes soft.

After the shallot becomes soft, mix in sambar dusting seasoning, red chili dusting seasoning and table salt.

After culinary preparation, mix in cooked lentils and 2 cups of moisture.

Put it to heat to boiling point.

After coming to ubala, mix in cowpea in it and good.

Let it stew for 3 to 4 moments.
