250 grams Pasta - whole wheat
Salt - to taste

3 Button mushrooms - chopped
70 grams Cauliflower (gobi) - florets
1 cup Milk
Salt - to taste

2 tablespoon Dried oregano
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Reserved water - from boiling pasta
