1 lb Dark Brown Soft Sugar
1 can Coconut Milk
1/4 Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Allspice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Bring coconut dairy liquid to a heat to boiling point.

Reserve ½ cup of the coconut dairy liquid/granulated sugar mixture for later.

Combine remaining components in a large mixing mixing bowl, agitate until well blended.

Mixture should be of a thick liquid texture.

Use 1 tablespoons of coconut dairy liquid mixture to lubricate baking cooking vessel.

stream in liquid base into prepared baking cooking vessel and oven-cook at 350°F (basting occasionally with reserved coconut dairy liquid mixture) for 2 to 3 hours or until knife inserted in centre comes out wash.

Spread any remaining coconut dairy liquid mixture over top of cake.
