Bring coconut dairy liquid to a bubble.

Reserve ½ cup of the coconut dairy liquid/granulated sugar mixture for later.

Combine remaining elements in a large mixing dish, mix gently until well blended.

mix in fiery coconut dairy liquid mixture and mix gently well.

Mixture should be of a thick liquid texture.

Use 1 tablespoons of coconut dairy liquid mixture to oil baking pot.

transfer liquid base into prepared baking pot and cook thoroughly at 350°F (basting occasionally with reserved coconut dairy liquid mixture) for 2 to 3 hours or until knife inserted in centre comes out rinse.

Spread any remaining coconut dairy liquid mixture over top of cake.
