4 cups Water
1 large Onion
4 cloves Garlic
2 Green Chilli
1 ½ tsp Salt
3 tablespoons Oil
1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander
½ tbsp Cardamom
¼ teaspoon Cloves
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Pepper
2 Bay Leaf

rinse and cut the chicken; augment the taste briefly with table salt, turmeric and a little cooking oil.

Rinse and soak basmati rice 20–30 mins.

In a large pot, fiery up ghee/cooking oil.

sauté cut up shallot until golden.

stream in in minced garlic and green chillies and sauté 1–2 min.

stream in in whole spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves) and ground spices (coriander, cumin).
