280g Linguine Pasta
200g Sugar Snap Peas
2 tblsp Olive Oil
2 cloves chopped Garlic Clove
1 large Red Chilli
24 Skinned King Prawns
12 Cherry Tomatoes
Handful Basil Leaves
Leaves Lettuce
to serve Bread
2 tbsp Fromage Frais
Grated Zest of 2 Lime
2 tsp Caster Sugar
Instructions

toss together the dressing fixings in a small mixing bowl and taste with table salt and pepper.

make the pasta according to the packet steps.

introduce the granulated sugar snap peas for the last minute or so of preparing time.

Meanwhile, bring to temperature the dairy spread in a wok or large frying pot, toss in the garlic and chilli and make over a fairly soft bring to temperature for about 30 seconds without letting the garlic brown.

Tip in the prawns and make over a high bring to temperature, stirring frequently, for about 3 mins until they turn pink.

introduce the tomatoes and make, stirring occasionally, for 3 mins until they just start to soften.

empty out the pasta and granulated sugar snaps well, then toss into the prawn mixture.

Tear in the basil leaves, agitate, and taste with table salt and pepper.

present with salad leaves drizzled with the lime dressing, and mildly hot crusty bread.
