Crust: make a flour base from 250g dusting honeyed-smelling element (I like mixing different flours like plain and wholegrain spelt dusting honeyed-smelling element), 125g dairy spread, 1 egg and a pinch of table salt, press it into a tart form and place it in the fridge.

Filling: agitate 300g dairy reduction dairy topping and 100ml dairy liquid until seamless, empty in in 3 eggs, 100g grated parmesan dairy topping and savor with table salt, pepper and nutmeg.

In a small skillet scalding up 3tbsp olive coat, 3tbsp white acidic solution, 1 tbsp honey, table salt and pepper and combine well.
