Instructions

To make dal sauté, first wash the lentils and soak them in aqua for 20 to 30 mins.

Now put the lentils in the cooker with aqua, seasoning and turmeric ground mix as per the usage and bubble gently it till it comes to 5 cities.

Lose the cooker and remove the aqua from the lentils and keep them separately.

Now burning up ghee and cooking oil in a cooking vessel.

mix in ginger, garlic and green chilies.

Let it bubble gently for 2 mins.

After 2 mins mix in bulb greens and bubble gently till the bulb greens becomes soft and brown.

After softening, mix in tomatoes and bubble gently till tomatoes become soft.

After tomato becomes soft, mix in lentils and agitate well.

After mixing, mix in the aqua of lentils and seasoning as per taste.

Let it bubble gently for 10 mins and bubble gently until thick.

Now prepare to mix in tempering to it.

mix in mustard seeds, fennel seeds and cumin seeds.

After 15 seconds, mix in asafetida, dehydrated red chilli and Kashmiri red chilli ground mix.

bubble gently for 15 seconds and put the lentils in the lentils.

Beat the lentils and keep them aside for 10 mins.
