Ingredients
Ghee - As per use
1 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Rye
1 Cassia - Broken
3 Green Chillies - Salted
4 Long
1 Large Cardamom
1 Star Anees
2 Elaichi
2 Onions - Thin and straight chopped
1 tomato - finely chopped
1-1 / 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
3 teaspoons green chillies
1 sprig of green coriander - Finely chopped
2 tablespoons arhar dal
2 tablespoons chana dal
2 tablespoons masoor dal
2 tablespoons white urad dal (split)
2 tablespoons yellow moong dal
water - as per use
salt - as per taste
1 -1/2 turmeric powder
Instructions

To make dhaba style dal shallow fry, first bubble all the lentils.

transfer the lentils into the pressure cooker and mix in 1/2 teaspoon turmeric dusting seasoning and seasoning to it.

prepare the pulses till 3 o'clock.

Once the pressure comes out, open the cooker and liquidize the lentils.

Keep it separately.

toasty cooking oil in a skillet.

mix in asafetida, cumin seeds and mustard and let it prepare for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, mix in curry leaves, big cardamom, cardamom, star anise, long and salted green chillies.

Allow to prepare for 30 seconds and then mix in green chili and ginger garlic paste.

Let it prepare for 1 minute.

After 1 minute, mix in onions and prepare until brown.

Once brown, mix in tomatoes, turmeric dusting seasoning, red chilli dusting seasoning, coriander dusting seasoning and seasoning.

mix in some aqua and prepare for 5 to 8 moments.

After the masala cooks well, mix in the cooked lentils to it.

Allow to prepare for 8 to 10 moments, turn off the gas and decorate with green coriander.
