500 grams Mango (Ripe)
200 grams Condensed Milk
200 ml Coconut milk
Mint Leaves (Pudina) - Few sprigs to garnish
Instructions

To prepare the Mango and Coconut dairy liquid Ice froth, first keep all the components in the fridge to cool down for few hours.Next transfer in the minced mangoes into a food processor and mash to the seamless puree.

Transfer the mango puree into a mixing mixing bowl.Next combine the pureed mango, condensed dairy liquid and coconut dairy liquid.

whip using a hand blender at medium speed for few mins or till light and buttery in texture.Now transfer the ice-froth mixture into a freezer safe mixing bowl, seal the mixing bowl with the lid or cling foil and freeze until set.

Once the ice froth is almost frozen approximately after 4 - 5 hours, bring it out of the freezer and mash in a food processor to break down the ice crystals.

transfer again into the container and keep it back in the freezer.Doing the freeze and re-beating process, helps the ice froth to have a buttery texture.

The more we beat, the more buttery it gets.

Once you have freeze and beat process 3 times over, then your Mango and Coconut dairy liquid Ice froth will be ready to be served.Before serving top Mango and Coconut dairy liquid Ice froth with mint leaves and dish up chilled as a dessert for parties.

You can also optionally transfer in freshly minced mangoes and nut to transfer in to the flavour, texture and crunch.
