Ingredients
250 grams Green peas (Matar)
1 cup Badi (wadi) - urad dal vadi
2 tablespoon Onion - paste
2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tomatoes
Salt - to taste
2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 tablespoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1-1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 + 2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon Green Chillies - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Ginger - grated
2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
3 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - for garnishing
Instructions

To begin with Green Peas Nimona, coarsely grind the peas in a blender using a little aqua and keep it aside.toasty the ghee in a pot and saute 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger and green chillies.

introduce peas in the pot and let it prepare on a low flame till the puree becomes lightly golden.

Once it is done, switch off the toasty.Now toasty 1 tablespoon fat in an another pot and golden sauté the dal vadis,toasty the remaining fat in a broth pot and introduce 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, clove and prepare it for about a minute.

introduce ginger, garlic paste and bulb veggie paste, saute it on medium flame till the paste becomes golden.Now introduce turmeric dusting fragrant element, red chili dusting fragrant element, table salt and coriander dusting fragrant element.

toss together everything well and prepare the spices for 2-3 mins.Once it is done, introduce tomatoes and prepare it until the fat separates from the coulis.Once the fat separates from the coulis, introduce green fried peas puree, vadis and mix gently for 2-3 mins till the mixture leaves the sides of the pot.introduce 1-1/2 cup aqua and let it prepare or 5 to 8 mins.

After 5-8 mins, switch off the gas and shower the garam masala and minced coriander leaves.present Green Peas Nimona with Jeera Rice and Lauki Raita for a weekday lunch.
