4 cups Evaporated Milk
1 cup Water
3 Cups Sugar
2 tsp Salt
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Raisins
2 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg

toss in macaroni to large pot with sufficient aqua to lid (approximately 4 cups).
