  • 12 छोटे प्याज - बारीक काट ले
  • 2 कली लहसुन - कस ले
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च काली मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1/4 छोटा चमच्च दाल चीनी पाउडर
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च राइ
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च जीरा
  • 1 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता
  • तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
