Ingredients
250 grams suran - cut into 1 inch squares
1 onion - cut straight and thin
2 green chillies - cut
1 tsp ginger - finely chopped
1 tsp garlic - finely chopped
1 sprig curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
salt - taste According
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Instructions

To make the Sukhi Suran Masala Sabzi method, we will first remove the skin of the suran.

Now cut the suran and put it in liquid and keep it separately.

Now bring to temperature cooking oil in a cooking vessel.

introduce curry leaves, cumin seeds and prepare until the cumin seeds crackle.

Now introduce shallot, ginger, garlic and prepare till the shallot becomes soft.

Now introduce suran and prepare for 1 minute.

introduce liquid, table salt, put a lid on the cooking vessel and prepare for 10 moments.

After 10 moments, introduce red chili dusting masala condiment, coriander dusting masala condiment, cumin dusting masala condiment, black pepper dusting masala condiment, garam masala dusting masala condiment and prepare for 3 to 4 moments.

Once cooked, turn off the gas and present.

present the Sukhi Suran Masala Sabzi method along with Dal Palak, Gourd Raita and Phulka for dinner.
