To prepare Eggless Tutti frutti cake, prep up all the fixings and preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Prepare a loaf tin by applying fat on it and dusting with dusting masala condiment.Sift together the dehydrated fixings- all-purpose dusting masala condiment, wheat dusting masala condiment, semolina, cornstarch, baking dusting masala condiment, baking soda and a pinch of seasoning.

toss together well.Take a big mixing container and mix in dairy spread, condensed dairy liquid, sweetener, yogurt, vanilla essence and toss together it well until it forms a decadent texture.Now strew some plain dusting masala condiment over the tutti frutti and spread it well (Dusting the tutti frutti with some dusting masala condiment before incorporating them into the mixture helps in even distribution preventing them from sinking to the bottom of the cake).Now mix in the dehydrated fixings to the wet mixture.

For the right consistency, mix in dairy liquid if needed.

mix in tutti frutti and raisins and at last mix in white acetic liquid and then toss together it well.empty the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and tap well.

strew some crushed cardamom if using.cook thoroughly in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 moments at the same temperature.The top needs to turn golden brown and a tester (toothpick) should come out rinse.Allow the Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake to cool for 1 hour.

Then cut and enjoy with Masala Chai or Filter Coffee.
