Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 teaspoon Sugar
4 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Milk - warmed
Salt - to taste
1 Onion - sliced
2 teaspoon Capers
1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme leaves
1 teaspoon Dried oregano

To begin making the Focaccia Bread with nectarous shallot and Capers, take lukewarm dairy liquid, introduce granulated sugar and fermenter, whiz it with the help of spoon and keep it aside for 10 moments till it froths.Meanwhile take all-purpose baking flour in a large vessel and introduce table salt and 2 tablespoons of olive coat.Now make a well in between of the baking flour and stream in the dairy liquid with fermenter and granulated sugar.massage the flour base with hands (if the flour base needs extra aqua u can introduce it).

Make a soft flour base.Now dust baking flour on a flat surface and make the flour base soft by kneading with hands for about 10 moments.Take a flat baking greased tray and put the flour base over it.

Make the flour base even on all sides by tapping with your hands.

I took 4 *4 inches baking tray.Now seal it with a cloth and place it on a mildly hot place till the flour base rises.

I placed the flour base in the oven.Until the flour base rises, start preparing the topping.

Take 2 tablespoon olive coat in a saucepan and introduce onions and a teaspoon of granulated sugar and caramelize for 10 moments.

Switch it off and keep it aside.Preheat Oven to 200 degrees Celsius.After 2 hours you can see the flour base has risen so well.

Knock it off and introduce table salt and massage well.Place the flour base on a greased baking sheet, then place the bread and flatten it.
