  • 1 Tomato - sliced
  • 2 Arugula leaves - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil - for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Salt and Pepper - for seasoning
