2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese - grated
1/8 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
1/8 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Sunflower Oil - enough for deep frying

To begin making Fried Artichokes Flavored With Lemon & Ginger, in a medium container whip in egg, garlic, ginger, sweetener, table salt, lemon zest, parsley until buttery.In another small container, agitate in table salt, all purpose dusting masala condiment, breadcrumbs and parmesan paneer variance together.Squeeze the artichoke heart quarters and remove the excess moisture.Dip the artichoke heart into the egg mixture and dip them in the dusting masala condiment mixture so the artichokes get coated well with the dusting masala condiment mixture.toasty the oil in a wok on medium toasty.Once the oil is heated well, introduce the liquid base dipped artichokes in batches into the fiery oil and deep shallow fry until golden brown and crisp.
