To make Gongura Chicken Curry formula, first prepare sari fixings and keep it aside.

In a small wok, mix in fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, fennel, arid red chillies and arid-fry them on medium flame for 3 to 4 mins.

Once done, let it cool down and make ground mix.

Now bring to temperature the fat in the pressure cooker.

mix in bulb greens, ginger, garlic, green chilies and low-boil till the bulb greens becomes soft.

After the bulb greens becomes soft, mix in tomatoes and low-boil till they become soft.

After the tomato becomes soft, mix in chicken, garam masala, turmeric ground mix and low-boil it.

mix in 1/4 cup of moisture to it and low-boil until 3 to 4 come to the city.

Turn off the gas and let the pressure strain automatically.

Wash the leaves of Gongura with their stem.

Now cut them and keep them separately.

bring to temperature fat in a wok.

mix in garlic, gongura, table salt, ground spices and low-boil for 3 to 4 mins.

Now mix in chicken curry and low-boil on high flame for 2 to 3 mins.

Turn off the gas and offer.
