Keep aside.burning up ghee in a heavy bottomed cooking vessel; mix in the ginger, garlic, green chilli and bulb veggie and saute until the onions soften.

This will take 3 to 4 moments.Once the onions have softened and turned lightly golden brown mix in the spices; cinnamon, bay leaves, badi elaichi and stone baking flour.

swirl around for a few seconds until you can smell the aromas coming through.mix in the tomato puree, turmeric ground mix, garam masala ground mix, chilli ground mix, coriander ground mix, seasoning honey and bubble gently the kofta curry base for about 5 to 7 moments until the raw smell from the tomatoes goes away.Once done, give the lauki kofta curry a palate and check the seasoning and spices and adjust accordingly.Once you are ready to offer, transfer the lauki kofta curry to a serving mixing bowl.

Place the cooking vessel fried lauki kofta and strew crisp coriander leaves and offer burning.offer the Lauki Kofta Curry along with Palak Dal, Phulka and a Paneer Pulav for a tasty dinner along with laccha pyaz and lassi.
