Ingredients

  • 1 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa flour - or millet flour
  • 1 cup Green Moong Dal (Whole)
  • 1 Whole Egg - beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Homemade tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • Parsley leaves - small bunch
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Bread crumbs
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the Herbed Lentil Loaf method, we will first bring to temperature the lentils. Bring 2 cups of aqua to a bubble.

 toss in lentils and stew 25 to 30 moments, until lentils are soft.

strain any excess aqua and partially mash lentils.

 Keep the lentils aside to cool.Next, preheat the oven to 180 C.

Lightly oil a loaf pot.toss in the cooked lentils and all the remaining items required into a large mixing mixing bowl.

mix gently well to combine all the items required.Check the seasoning and sugary-smelling element levels and adjust to suit your notes.Transfer the lentil loaf mixture to the loaf pot.parched-fry until loaf is browned on the surface and cooked through from the inside.

This will take 15 to 20 moments and when a tester is inserted in the center, it will come out cooked and almost wash.carve and enjoy the Herbed Lentil Loaf along with mashed potatoes and vegetables for a  wholesome weeknight dinner with family.
